Elite Assist is a d/b/a (Doing Business As) of Innovative Technology Concepts LLC, a Delaware-formed company.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all digital products, content, and services offered under the Elite Assist brand, including but not limited to:

“Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Innovative Technology Concepts LLC, operating as Elite Assist.

“Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the individual purchasing or accessing our Products.

By accessing or purchasing our Products, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Capacity

You must be 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use or purchase Elite Assist Products.

2. Intellectual Property

All content created, distributed, or provided under the Elite Assist brand—including but not limited to:

  • training videos

  • AI workflows & templates

  • automation frameworks

  • downloadable files

  • scripts & prompts

  • PDFs

  • written content

  • branding assets

  • software tools

  • course lessons & materials

—is the exclusive intellectual property of Innovative Technology Concepts LLC.

You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use only.

You may NOT:

  • share or resell course access

  • duplicate or distribute our materials

  • upload content to AI training datasets

  • create derivative or competing products using our content

  • share workflows, templates, or prompts with third parties

  • remove or modify copyright notices

Unauthorized use may result in access revocation and legal action.

3. Use of Likeness, Voice, & AI Restrictions

You may NOT use any likeness, image, audio, or video of Charles Curry or any Elite Assist team member to:

  • train AI or machine-learning models

  • create deepfakes

  • perform voice cloning

  • generate synthetic media

  • create automated derivative content

This applies to:

  • course recordings

  • coaching calls

  • livestreams

  • YouTube content

  • social media videos

  • any Elite Assist media

Misuse may result in legal action for infringement and violation of publicity rights.

4. License & Usage Restrictions

You may access Elite Assist Products only for your own internal or personal use.

You may NOT:

  • share login credentials

  • distribute materials to others

  • publish or upload internal resources

  • incorporate Elite Assist content into competing products

  • misrepresent our content as your own

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for violations.

5. Coaching & Educational Disclaimer

Elite Assist provides education and strategy related to:

  • AI

  • automation

  • business systems

  • workflow optimization

  • digital operations

We do not provide:

  • legal advice

  • financial advice

  • tax advice

  • medical advice

  • therapy

  • professional consulting (unless purchased separately)

You are responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.

6. Testimonial Disclaimer

Testimonials reflect individual results.

They are not typical and do not guarantee success for every Customer.

7. Income Disclaimer

Any income examples or case studies are for educational illustration only.

Elite Assist does not guarantee:

  • specific results

  • income or revenue

  • customer acquisition

  • business performance

Your outcomes depend on your effort, skills, consistency, and external factors.

8. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that implementing AI, building automations, and running a business involve inherent risk.

You assume full responsibility for:

  • your decisions

  • your implementation

  • your outcomes

  • any financial results or losses

Elite Assist and Innovative Technology Concepts LLC are not responsible for your business performance.

9. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

This includes:

  • digital courses

  • templates & workflow packs

  • automation frameworks

  • coaching calls

  • consulting

  • memberships

  • software subscriptions

  • event tickets (virtual or live)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, all purchases are considered consumed upon delivery.

We do not offer:

  • refunds

  • credits

  • exchanges

  • cancellations

Legally required exceptions will be honored.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, neither Elite Assist nor Innovative Technology Concepts LLC shall be liable for:

  • indirect or incidental damages

  • lost profits or revenue

  • lost opportunities

  • business interruptions

  • data loss

  • consequential damages

Total liability is limited to the purchase price of the applicable Product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Innovative Technology Concepts LLC (DBA Elite Assist) from claims arising from:

  • your use of our Products

  • your decisions and actions

  • your violation of these Terms

  • your misuse of our content

12. Termination of Access

We may suspend or revoke access for any violation of these Terms.

Customers will receive notice and five (5) business days to resolve any issues.

Refunds will not be issued for terminated accounts.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

All disputes must be resolved through confidential binding arbitration.

Arbitration Venue:

Arbitration will follow AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules.

You waive:

  • the right to a jury trial

  • the right to participate in class-action lawsuits

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, regardless of the Customer’s location.

15. Modifications

Elite Assist may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of our Products constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.

16. Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy:

17. SMS/Text Messaging Consent

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

  • automated marketing messages
